TLC Designs and Customs LLP, we love to offer our customers fun updated designs to apply to any fabric or fabric color.
And with Direct to Film Transfer, or DTF, is a process that allows us to print your custom designs onto special film. These films are then transferred by you onto a garment of choice.
These garments can be ANY color and ANY material. Like most heat transfer processes, a quality heat press is necessary for maximizing the best results. These DTF Transfers will be applied at 315 degrees with heavy pressure for 10-15 seconds and COOL PEELED Let the transfer cool if giving any resistance when trying to remove. Then cover the transfer again with a Teflon or parchment paper and repress for 5 seconds. This will give it a finished look.
The measurements for designs will not exceed the width. That means if you order a 11 inch transfer. We will adjust it proportionately. It will not necessarily be 11 inch square.

Please note that our TAT varies and is usually stated on the website. If we see that there will be a long delay we will do our best to reach out to the email provided.

Our standard tat is 2-10 business days: however we strive to get your order as soon as possible. We do have a rush service available: please note that this just rush’s your order through our shop and does not rush it with UPS or USPS. You must choose the appropriate shipping speed and pay for that separate.

Color Disclaimer: Actual colors may vary. This is because every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and everyone sees these colors differently. Please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the transfer, but we strive to match as close as possible.

Quality - Please check the resolution of your file before placing your order. Again, your file will be printed as it is received. 300 dpi is the suggested minimum with a transparent background.
Washing instructions: Please wash all items inside out with cool or cold water. Tumble dry on low heat. These items should last several years if care is taken with the washing of the item. If images are not of good quality, then we will either refund or email for better images.

There are times that poor images will be sent out and not caught beforehand. Those images that are provided to us will not be refunded or reprinted at no cost.
